First the coloring. You used excellent colors, all of which seem to have a "cool" feeling to them. Nothing to bright or flashy, but the deep colors combine to form an excellent pallet. The shadow effects are also on par, even better than that actually! The glare on the eye definitely adds to the picture's essence.
Her pose is done very well! It appears that she is a calm, laid-back character without a care in the world. She maintains her seriousness while still appearing very cute. Well done!
I find the entire picture done very well, even with the lack of a serious background, which you don't even need! The border adds a nice effect to it, and makes up for whiteness. And the name's color and font perfectly matches the character. Overall, a excellent picture!
